Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
Initiating a Return
Please contact our customer support team within 15 days of receiving the item to initiate a return.
Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for the return.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
